Its that time of year again where the people of Denver rise up and vote for their favorite musical acts in several confusing genre situations as decided by the wonderful folks at the Westword. The winner of each category will receive bragging rights and…….well, isn’t that enough. We certainly milked our “best of” nod. Check out that nice cow picture.

Here are the Bocumast artists that are honored to gain nomination status this year:

Astrophagus (Indie Rock Category)
Pena (Progressive Rock – okay, they aren’t Bocumast, but they are awesome!)
Cougar Legs (Pop Category – YOU HAVE TO WRITE IT IN)
The Natural Selection (Electro Dance Punk (didn’t even know this genre existed, but okay) Category)
BDRMPPL (Ambient/Electronic)
Iuengliss (Ambient/Electronic also, so vote with your heart….or your genitals-that’s how I’m voting this year)
